Accessing Your Account

How do I log in to my account?

You can log in using the email address you used when subscribing. After logging in, you’ll be able to manage your subscription, billing details, and account information through Memberful.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

On the Memberful login page, select “Forgot your password?” and enter the email address associated with your account. Memberful will send you an email with instructions to reset your password.

I didn’t receive the password reset email. What should I do?

  • Check your spam or junk folder
  • Make sure you are using the same email address you used when subscribing
  • Allow a few minutes for the email to arrive If you still don’t receive it, try submitting the request again.

Subscription & Billing

What subscription options are available?

Structural Moments offers:

  • Individual subscriptions billed monthly or quarterly
  • Business subscriptions for teams of up to 5 users or up to 15 users

All plans are managed through Memberful.

How do I update my payment method?

Log in to your Memberful account and navigate to your billing settings. From there, you can update your credit card or payment information at any time.

How do I view my receipts or payment history?

Receipts and billing history are available in your Memberful account. You can view, download, or print receipts for your records.

Can I get an invoice for my subscription?

Yes. Memberful provides invoices and receipts that can be downloaded directly from your account. These are often sufficient for reimbursement or accounting purposes.


Changing or Canceling Your Subscription

Can I change my subscription plan?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch between monthly and quarterly plans through your Memberful account at any time.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You may cancel your subscription at any time through Memberful. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Will I receive a refund if I cancel?

Subscriptions are billed in advance. Access continues through the end of the billing period, but partial refunds are not typically issued.


Business & Team Plans

What is included in a business plan?

Business plans allow organizations to manage access for multiple users under one subscription.

How do I add or remove users on a business plan?

The account owner or administrator can manage users directly within Memberful, including adding new users or removing existing ones.

Can I reassign a seat to a different user?

Yes. Seats can be reassigned as needed through Memberful, making it easy to accommodate staffing changes.


Email & Account Information

How do I update my email address?

You can update your email address from your Memberful account settings. Be sure to use an email address you check regularly, as this is where billing and account notifications are sent.

I’m not receiving emails from Memberful.

Please check your spam folder and ensure that emails from Memberful are not being blocked by your email provider.
